Executive Summary January 13, 2024
Dear Supporters,
I’m thrilled to dive into the incredible journey CLEAN Youth Organization embarked on in 2023. Our students not only mastered
public speaking but also took charge in City Council and Norfolk Public School Board meetings, asserting their voices in crucial community discussions. On top of that, our initiatives, including a triumphant food drive and a neighborhood clean-up, showcased our commitment to hands-on community engagement.
The Stop the Violence seminars were a highlight, addressing a pressing issue in our community, while the
heartwarming Christmas dinner brought joy and unity during the holiday season. Embracing the digital age, we successfully launched our new website, strengthening our communication channels.
Your continued support has been the backbone of our success. Looking ahead to 2024, CLEAN Youth Organization is steadfast in our mission to enrich the lives of students in Norfolk. We’re excited about the opportunities ahead and

Established in 2005, C.L.E.A.N. continues to advance its mission of educating young people in the Berkley neighborhood and surrounding communities. Through our program, we have seen many lives changed. With the help of donations from supporters such as you, we will continue to see improvements in our youth.
